Hi, I’m Jason.
I’ve been building and maintaining websites professionally for over 15 years, working with small businesses, school districts, and organizations across Los Angeles. Most of that time has been spent at the intersection of design, development, and figuring out why something that worked yesterday doesn’t work today.
I’m based in Redondo Beach and work with clients across the South Bay — in person or remotely, depending on what makes more sense for the project.
Why Tech Training?
Most of the small business owners I’ve worked with are great at what they do. The tech side is the part that slows them down. They have tools they’re not using, software they don’t understand, and a vague sense that there’s a better way to do things — they just haven’t had the time to figure it out.
That’s what I help with. Not lectures. Not overwhelming manuals. Just practical, one-on-one help with the specific tools and problems that are actually in your way.
What I Know Well
- AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for real business tasks (not demos)
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — setup, email, Drive/OneDrive, shared calendars
- Cybersecurity basics — passwords, phishing, backups, account security
- Automation tools — Zapier, Make.com, connecting the software you already use
- WordPress and websites — I’ve built and maintained hundreds of them
- General troubleshooting — devices, printers, networks, “it just stopped working”
Outside of Work
I live in Redondo Beach with my wife Margot, daughter Petra, and our cats and dogs. I’m an avid music collector, science fiction reader, and I take long walks on the beach with the dog. Not ironically.
