How Sessions Work
Sessions are typically one to two hours. We focus on whatever is most useful to you — no pre-set agenda. In-person sessions are available across the South Bay (Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, and surrounding areas). Remote sessions run on Zoom.
